Governing Your Use of

1.1  These Terms & Conditions (" Terms") govern the relationship between pr888 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "you", "your") who accesses, registers on, or uses the pr888 online gaming platform accessible at https://pr888.pro.

1.2  By completing the registration process on pr888, clicking "I Agree" on any platform prompt, or by simply continuing to use the platform following any posted update to these Terms, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these Terms in full.

2.1  Age Requirement. The pr888 platform is strictly available to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering, you warrant and represent that you meet this minimum age requirement. The Company will verify age through KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation prior to processing any withdrawal request.

2.2  Geographical Eligibility. The pr888 platform is designed to serve Pakistani players. You are responsible for ensuring that online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction of residence before registering or placing any bets. pr888 does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by applicable local law.

2.3  One Account Per Person. Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on the pr888 platform. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under your own identity or under another person's identity — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

2.4  Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when registering your pr888 account, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, date of birth, and contact details. The Company reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time to verify the information provided.

2.5  KYC Verification. Prior to processing any withdrawal, pr888 will conduct identity verification in accordance with its KYC obligations. You may be required to submit a copy of your valid CNIC, proof of address, and/or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in withdrawal requests being held pending document submission.

3.1  Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pr888 account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. The Company will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.

3.2  Unauthorised Access. If you suspect that your pr888 account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the Company immediately by contacting support at [email protected]. The Company will investigate and may temporarily suspend the account during such investigation.

3.3  Account Responsibility. All transactions and bets placed through your pr888 account are your sole responsibility, regardless of whether they were placed by you or by a third party using your credentials. You agree to hold the Company harmless from any claims arising from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to safeguard your credentials.

3.4  Account Dormancy. A pr888 account that has recorded no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. The Company may apply an administrative maintenance fee to dormant accounts in accordance with the fee schedule published on the platform. You will be notified via your registered email address before any dormancy fee is applied.

3.5  Account Closure. You may request closure of your pr888 account at any time by contacting support. Outstanding bonus balances that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure. Real-money balances will be returned to you via your registered payment method following satisfactory completion of KYC verification.

4.1  Accepted Payment Methods. pr888 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods for Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Internet Banking, UBL Internet Banking, and Meezan Bank. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

4.3  Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawal requests at pr888 are subject to identity verification and the completion of any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus funds. The Company processes withdrawal requests during standard operating hours (09:00–02:00 PKT daily). Requests submitted outside these hours will be queued for processing when operations resume.

4.4  Transaction Fees. pr888 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own fees or transaction charges, over which pr888 has no control or responsibility.

4.5  Source of Funds. You warrant that all funds deposited into your pr888 account originate from lawful sources and that you are the authorised owner of the payment method used. The Company reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation in accordance with its anti-money laundering obligations.

4.6  Refused Transactions. The Company reserves the right to refuse, delay, or reverse any transaction where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or where KYC documentation remains outstanding.

5.1  Promotion Eligibility. Bonuses and promotional offers made available on the pr888 platform are subject to individual promotion-specific terms and conditions which are published alongside each offer. General eligibility requires that you hold a verified pr888 account in good standing and have not previously abused any bonus on the platform.

5.2  Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds credited to your pr888 account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money balances. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is specified in the individual promotion terms. Games may contribute to wagering requirements at varying rates, as detailed in the promotion documentation.

5.3  Bonus Abuse. pr888 operates a zero-tolerance policy for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing opposing bets to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gaming intent, and using automated tools or scripts to interact with bonus offers. Where bonus abuse is detected, the Company reserves the right to void the bonus, void any winnings derived from it, and suspend the account.

5.4  Expiry. Bonus funds and free spins awarded on pr888 carry expiry periods specified in the individual promotion terms. Unused bonus funds or free spins that expire will be removed from your account balance without compensation.

6.1  Game Integrity. All games and betting markets available on the pr888 platform are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any discrepancy between displayed rules and actual game logic, the game logic as recorded on the Company's certified servers shall prevail.

6.2  Random Number Generation. Casino games at pr888 — including slots, roulette, blackjack, and baccarat — utilise certified random number generation (RNG) systems that have been independently audited to confirm fairness. The outcomes of RNG-based games are entirely unpredictable and cannot be influenced by the player, the Company, or any third party.

6.3  Sports Betting. All sports betting markets, including cricket (PSL, Test, T20I, ODI) and other sports available on pr888, are governed by standard international sports betting rules. In the event of match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific rules for each sport and market type as published on the platform.

6.4  Bet Acceptance. The Company reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet where there is evidence of error in odds pricing, technical malfunction, or suspected manipulation of the event on which the bet is placed. Manifestly incorrect odds resulting from a system error do not constitute a valid offer and any bets placed at such odds may be voided.

6.5  Winnings. Confirmed winnings will be credited to your pr888 account balance promptly following the settlement of the relevant game or betting market. All winnings are credited in PKR. The Company reserves the right to withhold winnings pending KYC verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.

7.1  The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pr888 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, or misrepresenting your age or jurisdiction.
• Money laundering: depositing funds derived from unlawful activity, or using the pr888 platform to obscure the origin of funds.
• Collusion: coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Automated play: using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated tool to interact with the pr888 platform, place bets, or claim bonuses.
• Chargebacks: initiating payment chargebacks or reversals without first exhausting the pr888 dispute resolution process.

Self-exclusion options range from a short-term cooling-off period to permanent account closure. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed until the selected period has elapsed.

These limits take effect immediately upon being set. Increases to existing limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.

9.2  You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the pr888 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any content from the pr888 platform without the Company's prior written consent.

9.3  The pr888 name, logo, and all associated branding are trademarks of the Company. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use the pr888 trademark or branding in any manner.

10.1  The pr888 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

10.2  The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from: (a) your use of or inability to use the pr888 platform; (b) any unauthorised access to your account; (c) any interruption or cessation of service; (d) any technical malfunction or error in game outcomes, subject to the game integrity provisions in Section 6.

10.3  Where the Company is found liable despite the above, its total liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your pr888 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.4  Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit the Company's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11.1  pr888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account and access to the platform at any time, with or without prior notice, where: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) the Company is required to do so by its licensing authority or applicable law; (c) the Company has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful conduct.

11.2  Upon termination for breach of these Terms, the Company may forfeit any bonus balances and, where fraud or money laundering is established, real-money balances may be held pending investigation or returned to the relevant payment authority.

11.3  Where an account is terminated for reasons unrelated to misconduct by the user (for example, a regulatory requirement), real-money balances will be returned to the user via their registered payment method following completion of applicable KYC requirements.

12.1  The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, pr888 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice to registered users via email or platform notification prior to the amendments taking effect.

12.2  The current version of these Terms, identified by its effective date, is always available on this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.

12.3  If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must cease using the pr888 platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 3.5. Continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13.1  These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pr888 holds its international gaming licence. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.

13.2  Dispute Process. In the first instance, any dispute regarding a transaction, game outcome, or account matter should be submitted to the pr888 support team at [email protected]. The Company will investigate and respond to disputes within a reasonable timeframe. If a dispute cannot be resolved through this internal process, escalation options are available through the Company's licensing authority.

13.3  The language of any dispute resolution process shall be English. All documentation submitted in support of a dispute must be provided in English or accompanied by a certified English translation.
